Measure satisfaction with AI summaries and resolve issues on the spot." lastModified: "2026-07-31" --- # Subscription Terms # Subscription Terms **ICISURVEY — AI-Powered Guest Satisfaction Management Platform** **Effective date: June 02, 2025** **Last updated: June 02, 2025** --- These Subscription Terms govern your purchase of ICISURVEY paid plans, operated by **ICI Tech Teknoloji A.Ş.** They form part of our Terms of Service at https://icisurvey.com/en/terms/. --- ## 1. Plans Overview **Free Trial:** 14-day full-feature trial. No credit card required. At trial end, access reverts to a free tier or you may subscribe to a paid plan. **Paid Plans:** Full access to all platform features including unlimited surveys, AI analysis, multi-channel distribution, real-time notifications, team accounts, and priority support. Plan tiers, feature inclusions, and pricing are displayed at https://icisurvey.com/en/pricing/. ICISURVEY subscriptions are per-organization. The number of team accounts included depends on the selected plan. --- ## 2. Free Trial The 14-day free trial is available to new customers only. No credit card is required to start. During the trial, you have access to all features of the selected paid plan tier. At the end of the trial, we will notify you before access changes. You may choose to subscribe or continue on the free tier. We do not automatically charge you at trial end without explicit subscription confirmation. --- ## 3. Billing and Payment Paid plans are billed according to the billing cycle selected at subscription (monthly or annual). Payment is processed via our payment provider — either by credit/debit card or by invoice for eligible enterprise customers. Enterprise customers may be billed under separate commercial agreements. We never store raw payment card details on our servers. --- ## 4. Auto-Renewal Monthly plans renew automatically each month. Annual plans renew automatically each year. We send a renewal reminder before the charge. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next billing cycle. --- ## 5. Price Changes We notify you at least 30 days in advance of price changes. New pricing takes effect at your next renewal. --- ## 6. Cancellation Cancel your subscription at any time through account settings or by contacting app@icitech.com.tr. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused periods, except where required by applicable law. Cancellation does not delete your account or data. Survey Response Data remains accessible per your plan until account termination. --- ## 7. Refunds Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact app@icitech.com.tr with subject "Refund Request — ICISURVEY" within 14 days of a charge. EEA and UK consumers retain statutory withdrawal rights — see Section 10. --- ## 8. After Downgrade or Cancellation When a paid plan ends, advanced features become restricted. Basic survey access and historical data remain accessible on the free tier within applicable limits. You may resubscribe at any time to restore full access. --- ## 9. Account Termination vs. Subscription Cancellation Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account. Terminating your account (Settings → Account → Delete Account) cancels your subscription and initiates data deletion per our Privacy Policy. Export your data before terminating your account. --- ## 10. Consumer Rights — EEA and UK If you are a consumer (not a business) in the EEA or UK, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK law you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. By accessing paid features immediately, you expressly request immediate performance. To exercise withdrawal rights where applicable, contact app@icitech.com.tr within 14 days of purchase. You retain all rights under mandatory local consumer protection laws. > Note: ICISURVEY is designed for business use. Most customers are hospitality businesses and standard consumer withdrawal rights may not apply to B2B contracts in all jurisdictions. Individual circumstances may vary. --- ## 11. Governing Law Governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, including Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502. EEA and UK customers retain applicable mandatory local protections. --- ## 12.
