Controller and Processor Distinction **Data we control (hotel admin accounts):** We can delete this directly on request. **Data we process on behalf of hotels (guest survey responses):** The **hotel is the data controller**. Deletion requests from guests should go to the hotel first. We process deletion instructions from hotels. --- ## 2. Hotel Admin Account Deletion To delete your hotel admin account and all associated platform data, contact **app@icitech.com.tr** with subject "Account Deletion Request — ICISURVEY" or use Settings → Account → Delete Account if available in-platform. Before deleting: export survey data and reports you want to keep. Cancel your subscription first to avoid continued billing. Server-side data is removed within 30 days of confirmed deletion, except legally required retention items. --- ## 4. Guest Survey Data Deletion (Hotel Customers) Hotels (as data controllers) can instruct us to delete specific guest survey data by contacting **app@icitech.com.tr** with subject "Content Deletion Instruction — ICISURVEY" and specifying the scope. We execute deletion instructions within 30 days. On contract termination, survey data is deleted per agreed terms. --- ## 5. Hotel Guests — Exercising Your Rights If you are a hotel guest and want to access or delete your survey response data, contact the hotel first. The hotel is the data controller for your survey responses. If the hotel cannot assist, contact app@icitech.com.tr and we will route your request appropriately. --- ## 6. Distribution Contact Data Email addresses and phone numbers used to send surveys are deleted after delivery confirmation or within 30 days of the distribution event, whichever is sooner. This data is not retained beyond what is necessary for the distribution task. --- ## 7. AI Provider Survey response content transmitted to our AI provider for analysis is subject to the AI provider's own data handling policies, disclosed at https://icisurvey.com/en/privacy/ai-provider/. Deleting ICISURVEY data does not automatically delete data from the AI provider's systems. Review the AI provider's policies directly for information about their data retention. --- ## 8. After Account Deletion Account deletion is permanent. Survey history, analysis outputs, and account data cannot be recovered. Billing may continue until cancelled separately — cancel before deleting your account. --- ## 10. Your Additional Privacy Rights Contact app@icitech.com.tr for access, correction, portability, or objection requests. Hotel guests: contact the hotel first. EEA and UK users may lodge complaints with local DPAs — see https://icisurvey.com/en/privacy/gdpr/. Turkish users: https://www.kvkk.gov.tr/. We respond within 30 days. --- ## 11.
